Cancellation Policy

In event of closed borders or official travel restrictions or other unexpected regulations due to the currant covid19 situation you can cancel free of charge up to two days before arrival. Winter 2022/23

• Free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival
• 30% cancellation fee up to 21 days before arrival
• 70 % cancellation fee up to 7 days before arrival
• 90 % for a later cancellation
• 30 % deposit by banktransfer

There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the above mentioned cancellation policy applies to our house.
30% deposit by bank transfer. Both parties can cancel free of charge earlier than 6 weeks before arrival.
